Project Summary

Chaparral Materials proudly supplied materials for the construction of Rust Medical Center, which was performed by McCarthy Building Companies. Chaparral worked with PCI Inc. and Les File Drywall in supplying drywall, framing, and Armstrong Ultima Prelude Suspension Systems for Phase I. Phase I included three structures totaling 300,000 square feet and was Presbyterian's largest capital project to date. We are currently working on Phase II, adding an $80 million six story tower that will contain 120 beds and a 21,500 square foot Cancer Center. Presbyterian Rust Medical Center is the recipient of two prestigious awards: 'Best Buildings 2012 Grand Prize of Show,' and “Best Building Award for Building Information Technology and Construction Management.
