Las Cruces High School

Project Summary

Wooten Construction of Las Cruces, New Mexico partnered with Sundt Corporation of Tempe, Arizona for the remodel and new construction of Las Cruces High School. The project cost is $82 million. Chaparral Materials delivered steel, wallboard, insulation, Thermax CI Insulation Board, Tyvek products, specialty extruded anodized aluminum trims, assorted sundries and hand tools, Ames rental tools, and drywall finishing products (mud, trims, texture, first coat, and specialty flex joint compound) for the construction. In addition, Chaparral Materials also delivered the following Armstrong products: drywall grid, ceiling tile, ceiling grid and specialty axiom/acoustical products. The project was completed in 2015.
