For general building supplies deliveries, we train and certify all of our operators in-house so that they are prepared to safely deliver materials to your jobsite. We hold weekly training sessions on safety for all of our employees, and we even offer a safety incentive benefit program for our stockers and warehousemen.
For windows and patio door projects, we utilize specially equipped work trucks with racks designed to safely transport windows and doors. We also have several service vans for use when servicing and repairing windows and patio doors after the installation. We stand behind out work.

Yes. For windows and patio doors projects, in-person inspections and site visits are conducted throughout the project. First, we will visit to take precise measurements and inspect the installation area where the work will take place. After installation, we inspect the completed work to ensure it up to plan, code, and our high standards. In addition, we will inspect the installed products for any warranty or repair needs.
For general building supply deliveries, we regularly perform pre- and post-delivery inspections of jobsites to check safety, stocking conditions, equipment, and quality control.
Yes. For windows and patio doors projects, Chaparral Materials will deliver your windows and/or doors, or have them direct-shipped from the manufacturer to your location, whichever is more appropriate or preferred for your project. Chaparral Materials can install your windows and patio doors, too.
For general building supply deliveries, we use off-road drywall carts for sand and grass, and we can pre-deliver your drywall before your installation if you need them. We can also perform on-site delivery access evaluations.
